Great pants!! So grateful for having them!

These pants proved their worth the second day I had them. Had a pretty good fall on a rocky section of the trail I was riding. I didn't even feel it. While riding away I looked down and saw the pants had dirt marks right where the pads are in the pants. That's when I realized how grateful I was for having them. On top of that, the little scrap on my elbow proves how bad the damage to my knee would have been, since my knee hit the ground first. I was able to float on afterwards without being super uncomfortable from a bloody knee. I highly recommend these for riding those super thrilling trails. Especially if you are new (like me) and are still learning but want to feel more comfortable pushing your limits.

Noice!

Order a size up if you want to bend your knees, other than that it's gonna fit how you think. The hip pads seem to not alter the fit much at all but did feel nice to land on.

A little big in the waist

I haven't used these yet, but functionally, they seem great. When I tried them on they have a good heft to them, and I see how they will take the brunt of a fall. My only complaint is that there's a significant difference in size between a 32 and a 34 waist. The 32 would have been way too small, and 34 is very loose around the waist. A 33 would be great in the future. I am going to try a belt and see if that solves the issue. Will report back if allowed.

Other than the color ( my bad for not purchasing earlier for the tan color) these are very comfortable, can't wait to try them out in the cooler seasons... Works very well with the TAC zip up hoodie too.

Protection!!!

Nevermind the pads, the material itself is like rhino skin pertaining to their protective ability...but totally wearable, are they board shorts?..no., but, i'm lookin forward to the cool months when these are really gonna shine, great gear, glad to have them in my arsenal. Adjustable knee pads are great. I'm 6'2" 190lbs -34w 32l fit great. Get a belt, they weigh their quality. Armored pants, get some! FOMF
