Refund policy
- If you’re not satisfied with your product or you changed your mind, The Float Life will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, or altered and free of damages by the customer within 30 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from receipt of original order. To start the return process, click HERE
- If you did not pay for our "Free Unlimited Returns and Package Protection" at checkout, you will be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee
- If you're reaching out for a TFL Tire Warranty claim, please click HERE Tire Warranty claims will not be accepted if the receipt of purchase is older than 6 Months
