The debate between tread vs. slick is over. The perfect blend of stability, grip, and carvability all in one package is here with the TFL Enduro Tire.

We spent over a year and countless prototypes to build the perfect hybrid tire. We took everything the community has learned over the last 6 years about what makes the ideal tire, and put it into the Enduro.

-A semi-soft custom durometer creates a dampened ride which significantly reduces off-road chatter and road noise.

-A proprietary directional tread design with siping patches makes for the quietest treaded ride on the street, while a full wrap sidewall tread pattern boosts off-road edge hold and grip while charging through turns.

-Progressive sidewall durometer and shoulder shaping create the largest possible edge contact patch while digging deep into carves for unparalleled edge hold and greatly reduced speed wobbles.

Compound Choice:
Soft compound will feel smoother, forgiving, and more buttery underfoot. However, due to it being a soft compound it will not last as long and tends to wear out quicker.

Mid compound will increase the longevity of the tire, extending the period of time between tire changes. However, it will not be as forgiving underfoot and will have a more noticeable "edge" when carving.

New board unlocked

The enduro on my gt was a noticeable performance increase as I got one of the last stock ones with the dreaded hard treaded tire on it. I thought it was great and loved it. Then I hop on my wife’s board (swapped her stock pint x at the same time), and wow! Words cannot do justice for the amount of confidence this tire inspires. It made kick back feel waaaaaay too early, and now I’m constantly riding the wave on her board of up to kickback and back down, oscillating between a few different speeds. Bravo float life, y’all are as good as it gets <3

Solid Overall but Feels a Little Sluggish (Pint X Medium Compound)

TLDR: The Enduro is a game-changer on trails but did not have what I had hoped for on the streets and feels like it slightly lessens power output.

The Enduro tire comes alive on any suboptimal riding surface. Bumpy sidewalks, rooted forest trails, washboard gravel roads, you name it - the enduro has you covered and feeling locked in. The mounting process was a dream and it really improved the way the board feels on mixed surface trails. I did start to notice after a while that my board began to feel down on power which at first I thought was my battery degrading, but after a change back to a slick, I determined that was not the case.

My top speed was slightly lower on the enduro from the slightly lower diameter of the tire compared to the stock Pint X slick. I was expecting a slightly torquier feel because of the smaller diameter and lighter weight construction as that had been mentioned in multiple ride videos/reviews, but I noticed the opposite. On pavement my board felt more sluggish to get going and had to be a little more cautious uphill. I had played with a range of tire pressures going up to 23.5 psi (stiff for me weighing 170lbs) to see if that would make it more responsive in acceleration to little success.

With all of this being said, I did thoroughly enjoy the performance on flat and downhill sections. The tread and shoulders of the tires did lock me in nicely for gravel and forest trails. It does carve nicely on pavement at medium speeds but does feel a little slow to respond at higher speed.

As a commute and trail tire it is alright on road and amazing on trails. I had higher hopes for pavement and it was worth the money for the miles I got out of the tire, but have returned to a slick after 1000 miles on the enduro.

Awesome tire!

Smooth as butter and not too difficult to mount on my pint

My old tire was finally showing its age and it was time for a replacement. I will say that the install was not too bad. The tire is nice and quiet. One of the best upgrades possible for a pint. My rides and carving are buttery smooth. Would recommend.

Enduro is awesome, but where is the HRD version

PintX should come with Enduro by default. It allows your pint to join the GTs on the MTB trails and still get tricky on asphalt and technical parks. But the mid version doesn’t last very long before the threads start showing. There’s no endurance to an enduro tire. Great for weekenders but poor if you ride daily.
