Here’s a little bit of info on the Kush Nug Hi

Poured from an 80a durometer urethane (like a soft skateboard wheel), it’s forgiving under-foot and has just enough softness to make sore feet a thing of the past without sacrificing responsiveness! Too soft and you’ll lose performance, too firm and your feet will hate you, but the Kush Nug is the Goldilocks of footpads. The greatest benefit of the softer material is the reduced chatter and vibration which leads to reduced foot fatigue! We tested multiple different durometers with a wide range of rider weights, shoe sizes, and riding styles to find the ideal amount of “kush”.

We took the original Kush and hit it with a shrink ray to make it perfect for the Pint. We were able to redesign the edge blend to add a full half inch to the overall width and kick which makes a HUGE difference when it comes to control and stability! We also dipped a sweet little lock-in pocket into the rear kick tail for those of you ride rear foot completely back. As a final touch, the edges are rounded over at a fat bevel so the edges are extremely comfortable regardless of your shoe size.

Works with FlightFin's FlightFender... so fly high!

This is by far, the most durable OW foot pad ever made. The urethane will never chip, crack, break, or snap. GUARANTEED. The underside bumper nut inserts were poured directly into the mold so they will never spin out on you. We also added an extra screw attachment point to the top of the footpad to reduce thread stripping due to shear stress on rear-end crashes. So yeah, if you can somehow manage to break a Kush Nug, I will personally send you a brand new one (and a beer) for free.

Every Kush Nug comes with a special cut TFL Grip pre-applied. We also include an extra sheet of regular cut TFL Grip so you can slap it on your front pad for that uniform steez.

Kush Nug Hi

I inatalled the Nug Hi on my new Pint X. Installation was same as for the Nug Hi I put on my Pint over a year+ ago, easy. Also got the same added control and comfort. Very satisfied

Delivered on some high expectations

Of course I came across some skeptics claiming the difference was over-hyped, but the otherwise overwhelming positive reviews convinced me to give the Nug Hi a try. Best decision ever.

I had about 100mi on my Pint over the course of 6 weeks and just couldn't get past severe foot fatigue at the 1.5-2mi point of any ride. Carving helped. Things improved as I got comfortable with the board as well, but not enough to get past that wall.

I've had the Nug Hi for about 2 weeks now. I regularly ride for 3mi or more at a time, feel more locked in to my stance and have improved maneuverability. Exactly as advertised.

I just get to look at it for 6 weeks :-(

I took it out of the box. Quality is great. Grip tape feels like it will be a game changer. The material is great. It is actually more firm than I expected. Not firm enough that I don't think it will make a big difference in reducing foot fatigue, but firm enough I can tell it is indestructible (within reason). Sadly I have not had a chance to try it out yet. THE DAY BEFORE THIS WAS DELIVERED I took a massive nose drive and broke my clavicle, and received a bad concussion. So I won't get a chance to try this out for awhile (5-6 weeks to be exact). However The Float Life customer service is so excellent it deserves a 5 Star review alone.

PS. PLEASE take the nose dive dangers seriously if you are a new rider. I didn't really think it was something that would happen to me and I ended up in the ER. BE CAREFUL and FLOAT ON!!!

Bigger difference then expected

I reccently bought my pint, and the last month been practicing a lot on it. Although I never truely felt comfortable at speed, I assumed this was because the tire was too small and I would need to buy an XR In order to feel less wobbly. That is until I bought this footpad, wasnt expecting much but it truely helps a lot with feeling stable on the onewheel due to the extra width you get compared to the stock footpad. Would reccomend for any pint owner who can afford it, due to its high price tag.

The Kush Nug Hi is a must! The elevation of the footpad helps me control pushbacks really well and makes my stance on the board more comfortable, and it also helps me do quick dismounts easier. Installation was pretty easy because I changed the bumpers on my Pint previously, so I already had an idea on how to replace the footpad.
