Shipping Policy
All non pre-order or backstock orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
International Shipping
Regardless of the size of your order, We offer flat rate shipping to anywhere in the world where we ship! Rates are as follows:
- Australia: $100 Flat Rate
- Rest of the world (besides US & Australia): $50 Flat Rate
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us here with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
If you’re not satisfied with your product or you changed your mind, The Float Life will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, or altered and free of damages by the customer within 30 days from the receipt of original order.
