Return Policy
- If you’re not satisfied with your product or you changed your mind, The Float Life will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, or altered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, contact thefloatlifecustomercare@gmail.com and mail out your item within 30 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from receipt of original order.
- If you're reaching out for a TFL Tire Warranty claim, contact thefloatlifecustomercare@gmail.com with detailed pictures/video and we will respond to your claim as soon as possible. Warranty claims will not be accepted if the receipt of purchase is older than 12 Months.
