The kit comes with a Universal Mounting Plate and 2X 1" X 18" Longstraps to attach your gear.
Note: Either a Rail Mounting Bracket or a Fender Mounting Bracket is still required to install the Universal Mounting Plate Kit. (Mounts sold separately.)
