Is what they say it is!

I live in south Alabama and we have very hot summers and the heat last a lot longer. I figured let’s see if this helps or not and it helps so much!! Drastically keeps my motor cooler and allows me to keep riding through the dog days of summer.

GOOD SHEET!

I was recently on a group ride and had a TOPDON (like Flir) infrared camera. Halfway through the ride I looked at all of the boards. 2 of them had Cold Ones and others with Cold Blocks. In an infrared image, the hotter areas glow bright yellow, almost white. The Cold Ones appear to have been absorbing heat better than Cold blocks. I think part of the reason is Cold Ones come with thermal paste and Cold Blocks do not (at least mine did not). I had Cold Ones when I still rocked 6.5 and it did a GREAT job of wicking away the heat. Yeah it's a hassle during tire changes to have to clean up and reapply thermal paste, but for a Clydesdale, makes all the difference in heat management, specially if you ride technical or uphill.

Cold ones

I bought a used GT that already had a wedge in it. Got the cold ones to help with cooling. Never seen motor go above 108 degrees.
