No, I'm not going to call these "Rim Jobs" so quit asking!
If you're a fan of TFL, you know we ride our boards tough and tend to break the hell out of em'! Well after countless shattered rims, we finally decided to do something about it. Life Savers are poured from the same material as our Kush line of footpads, so you know they can take a hit and bounce back. They take a beating so your hub doesn't have to. $69 for protection, or $550 for replacement, the choice is yours. TFL Life Savers give your rim (and your wallet) a fighting chance. Don't settle for low quality 3d printed knockoffs, get the original and best Onewheel™ rim protection right here.

Float Life Savers
When Jeff says "I'm not gonna lie to you, it's not going to be an easy one" he isn't kidding. First one went on after about 10 minutes of me second guessing myself, my strength, and using every ounce of will power to not try something stupid. Having figured out the trick on the first one, the second one went on in like 15 seconds. When installing, I noticed something about my tire and sure enough, I had a hole in the sidewall. So, one of them came off a couple days ago for a tire change. It went back on in like 30 seconds, so I think I have the trick down.
These are bigger than I had realized. I grab the rail as my handle, and it is a tight fit now, with my fingers split on either side of the life saver.
The tire rides like it is about a 1/2 PSI higher, and the tire is slightly rounder. If you think your tire is a little too carvey, maybe don't install these. If you think your tire is just slightly too stable, you will love the new feel.
Before these, I would scratch up my rims a lot on trails, now they take the hits, so far they are holding up well, and I'm happy to have the extra protection for my rim.
Love this company
